Initial
development of the MMS Gateway began in September 2003, and was
completed early 2004. After many moons locked up in a cage, Mbuni
is ready to explore the world of Free and Open Source. All
initial development was done by Digital
Solutions, although we owe
a debt of gratitude to the Kannel
Project, whose WAP and SMS software we utilise in parts of
the gateway.
Mbuni is actively being improved on. Please see mailing lists for discussions/change info, etc.
